FOCUS AREA: INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC POLICY AND MANAGEMENT 

Lobsang Salaka served in the Army for nine years and held leadership positions as a Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge of ISAF RC-E/S Humanitarian Relief Project, 10th Mountain Division General Supply Branch (GSB), and Retrograde Operation as well as team leader and section chiefs. He is an Executive MPA candidate at Columbia University. He has earned multiple degrees including an MBA from the State University of New York at Oswego, NY, and MS in Administration (MSA) from the Central Michigan University, MI. He is Communication Chair of Veterans Association at Columbia's International Public Affair School Veterans Association and Standing Committee Member of Grievance at the Old Guard of the City of New York (OGCNY). He has completed the High Ground Veterans Advocacy Fellowship 2017 to provide individualized social workers to transitioning veterans
